1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

2. Tuber Sales

Shipping: We currently ship to addresses within the US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are shipped via standard shipping. Buyer accepts all risks of shipping tubers while in transit. Shipping is a flat rate of $15 no matter the amount of tubers ordered. Dahlia tubers ship during the month of April as weather allows.

Combining Orders: For combined shipping on one or more orders, please email us at ashleysflowerfarm@gmail.com with your order numbers. As long as your name, address and email matches, we are happy to combined shipping for you. There is a $3 fee/ order to combine shipping to account for our time to combined orders. The additional shipping charges will be refunded, minus the per order fee at the time of shipping.

Cancelations: Once an order is placed it is final. We don’t accept cancellations or changes to an order after it is placed. However, because we are a farm that is selling a perishable product, we reserve the right, at our own discretion, to cancel and fully refund any variety or order, during our quality checks as we get ready to ship.

Substitutions: If something unexpected happens with storage between the time of your order and shipping, we will contact you to give you the option to substitute the tuber(s) with a different variety or receive a refund for the price of the tuber.

3. Dahlia Disease Policy

Growing and providing healthy dahlias is important to us.

Steps we take to grow healthy dahlias:

  • We actively cull and dispose properly any plants that exhibit signs of viruses or gall from our rows.

  • We sanitize our tools with bleach solution between plants for the entirety of the dahlia season. (harvesting flowers, deadheading, cutting down plants, cleaning clumps, dividing, ect.)

  • We actively work towards healthy soil for healthy plants and less pest pressure.

  • We treat pests with with several organic methods like beneficial bugs to reduce pests ability to spread disease.

    —Please note that dahlias are living plants, and despite best practices, illness or viral infection can sometimes occur and cannot be entirely prevented.

    4. Tuber Guarantee

    We strive to provide you with high quality dahlia tubers that will bring you joy all season long. We guarantee your dahlia tubers will be true to ID and arrive in the mail with at least one eye, and a healthy tuber body. Some tubers may have skin peeling or be smaller, this doesn’t effect viability. We are not responsible for damage due to bad weather, pests, rot, negligence, or plant performance.

    5. Refund Policy

    Please inspect your tubers upon arrival or pick up and contact us within 48 hours if you have any concerns. Please send a picture of the tuber in your email so we can best help you diagnosis and resolve any issues. Once the 48 hours have passed, you accept full responsibility for your tubers.

6. Services Offered

Ashley’s Flower Farm provides a variety of fresh flowers and tubers for purchase. All products are subject to availability. Fresh flowers may vary in selection during the growing season.

7. Orders

  • Cart: Your order is only confirmed once you checkout and receive an order confirmation number and email. We do not accommodate cart holds.

  • Payment: Payment on orders is processed securely through Squarespace. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure your address and email is correct before placing your order.

8. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery: We offer local delivery options for our seasonal fresh flowers. Delivery charges may apply, and delivery times are subject to availability.

  • Pickup: If you choose to pick up your order, you will be contacted for date and time details via phone number or email. Products must be collected within the specified time frame.

9. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are confirmed at the time of order placement.

10. Modifications to Terms

Ashley’s Flower Farm reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you agree to the current version of these terms.
